Welcome to the Kimberley Mountain Getaway an easy 5 minute walk to the base of Kimberley Alpine Resort where you will find the lifts, pub & restaurants. Enjoy your vacation getaway in our upper-level duplex with 2 bedrooms & loft bedroom & 2 full baths.
While enjoying your morning coffee or après beverage on the covered back deck, breathe in the fresh mountain air & enjoy the peaceful mountain setting and unwind.
The space
Open vaulted ceilings and large windows bring in plenty of beautiful sunshine and the air conditioning keeps you in cool comfort.
The main floor features a large master bedroom with king bed, full ensuite, walk-in closet and access to the deck where you can enjoy the peaceful mountain setting. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and dresser. Plus, there is a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Enjoy the beautiful vistas from the upper loft while reading a book on one of the double beds.
Prepare a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen or brew up your favorite coffee beverage on the espresso machine.
After a fun filled day on the slopes or out exploring the mountains, put up your feet in front of the fireplace in the living room and catch a movie on the 65" Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Premium Cable) while relaxing on a soft leather recliner or sofa.

There are 8 golf courses within a short drive. The famous Trickle Creek Golf Resort is only a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the house. Plus, there is Bootleg Gap, St. Eugene, Shadow Mountain, Purcell Golf Club, Wildstone, Cranbrook Golf Club and Fairmont Riverside.
Guest access
This is a up/down duplex with this rental unit being the upper portion of the duplex. The first floor of the duplex is the owner's residence or if away rented to vacation guests. Please be respectful of the vacation rental guests or homeowners on the first floor of the duplex.
The entrance door is the one on the right “Kimberley Mountain Getaway”.
Parking is available for two vehicles and in addition two smaller vehicles can park directly behind the other vehicles in the driveway (dependent on vehicle sizes). Parking is located in front of the garage. No guest access to the garage.

House Rules
- Quiet time is from 10 pm - 8 am.
- Due to insurance purposes, the minimum age to rent our property is 25 years.
- No shoes to be worn within the house.
- Please do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies into the property
- No smoking or vaping on the deck, balconies, or inside the property.
- No pets.
- No parties.
- No sporting equipment is allowed inside the property. Please use the shed on the left side of the walkway.
- Due to the risk of bears, do not put garbage outside. Please keep inside, or use local dumpsters. Do not use the shed as this is not bear proof. Please be aware that there will be a CA$200 charge if garbage/ recycling is found outside the house
- Please respect our neighbours and homeowners or guests in ground floor unit of Duplex.
- The garage is not for use by guests.
- Please note, if these rules are not obeyed, a fine of up to $1000 may be issued, and you could be asked to vacate without a refund. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
- Please note, the first floor of the duplex is a vacation rental guest or occupied by the home owner's.
